First there were bed bugs which we discovered in the middle of the night. The phone in the room did not work. We also tried to extend our stay for two more nights and we were yelled at and we were threatened with the police.

I booked this stay for an employee going to a convention in town, and they said there was no breakfast there. They had to go out and buy breakfast each day of the trip. Said he didn’t even see coffee out.

Bad paint job everywhere. Rust on the shower curtain rod. Cracks in the seams. Smelled like cigarettes even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room. Took forever to reach the front desk about changing rooms. The person who booked my trip made a mistake and booked one night less than I needed and I didn’t know, so while I was at a work conference, the front desk called and actually yelled at me for not checking out of my room. I had to leave work and drive back to the hotel to book another night because they refused to resolve it by phone. I also needed to confirm that my belongings hadn’t been thrown out or left unsecured in my room because their unfriendly response left me wondering if they even cared about the safety of my belongings. The staff were rude, even after I made every effort to resolve the booking issue. Would have gone to a different hotel if I didn’t have to get back to work so fast. Will not be staying here ever again. Would not recommend. I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. The place just felt so degraded and unfriendly. It also looked nothing like the pictures I saw online when I booked it. They must be a decade old, or just plain fake. Super misleading. I still have one more night to stay here and I’d honestly rather sleep in the airport terminal, but I already paid for the room.

Breakfast was nothing more than a banana nut muffin and luke warm coffee. Our shower head was broken. And the metal around the bed kept popping with every move. Did not feel sae in the parking lot

Extremely disappointing and unsafe stay. We checked in late night at Days Inn by Wyndham Camp Springs Andrews AFB, and after settling in, we discovered very poor conditions: a strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom vent, visible dirá and deterioration, and even a cockroach (which disappeared before we could take a photo). My daughter developed a skin allergy after lying on the bed, which made us very concerned for her. It was 10 pm am, so we had no safe choice but to stay overnight. The place does not look anything like the photos shown in the hotel's online advertisement. Overall, the environment felt unclean and unsafe.
