Mattress not very comfortable. As an elderly person I only eat small meals. Had to select a started as my mains for smaller meal. According to menu I could select a child’s meal but this incurred an extra £8 surcharge on top of price for an adult to eat.

VERY NICE HOTEL BUT THE ROOM WE GOT WOULD NEED TO BE UPDATED ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM.VERY TIRED IN MANY WAYS.WHO USES A SHOWER CURTAIN OVER THE SHOWER THESE DAYS WHICH ONLY COMES HALFWAY ACROSS MEANING YOU CAN NOT SHOWER. I THINK FOR THE PRICE OF HOTEL AN UPGREAD WOULD BE APPROPRIATE .THE FOOD IS GOOD AND NICELY SERVED.
Loved our stay everything was excellent.
Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there was no air conditioning so the room was a bit stuffy but other than that everything was great

Always a decent stay here, and resturaunt staff were helpful despite being very busy. Only slight criticism is the mattress could do with updating.
Our stay was lovely and relaxing, one problem was there was no lift, so carrying bags up stairs was hard. And bed pillows were not suitable for my taste. But other than that we had a nice time.

Hotel well located near the seaside towns of Portrush and portstewart and the town of Coleraine has some nice shops. Great parking facilities. Food and staff were good. Great breakfast and the lady who served there was as cheery and helpful as always! Nice coffee service with home baked scones in the foyer in the mornings which is busy. Our only criticism was that the cleanliness in the room was not as good as in previous visits. The floor around the toilet had ground in dirt and there was a large patch of dirty hand marks at the handle area of the bathroom door. Both could/should have been rectified with a proper clean. We would go back if the cleanliness improved.
Was about 15 minutes into town and had a nice meal in Coopers, steak was excellent. Bistro at hotel looked good but after a lot of travelling wanted a walk into town. Breakfast was good. We stayed in 217, to me was like a Premier Inn type experience.
