The room was nice and spacious, beds were comfy. We found empty Gatorade bottle and small garbage under the bed. Hot tub was hot and relaxing but couldn’t figure out how to turn on the jets. Loved the fire outside! Overall great stay!

Let's first talk about what went well. The rates were great, BUT you get what you pay for. The location was superb, a lot of restaurants and shopping quite close. Now, what didn’t go well. The overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke was horrendous. Staff allows people to smoke in their room. I'm guessing it is people who live in the hotel and/ or family/ friends of the owners. I heard people speaking in the native tongue of the owner which is from India. One of the owners had the audacity to tell me the cigarette smoke is from when people go outside to smoke then when they come back in the smoke smell that sticks to their clothes is what causes the smell. No, it wasn't. I have a photo of empty cigarette packs and I saw people smoking in their room, and in the halls. The entire hotel needs an update. They do have a washer and dryer but one of the owners decided to hijack the washer I was using to wash her own clothes, with mine. They ended up in several trash cans. The ice maker on the first floor is still broken; it was broken in April. My husband stayed one night so he knew it was broken then. Someone who lives there loaded up on breakfast foods and left none for anyone else, as the staff watched her do it. The police were pounding on the door across from our room two days in a row looking for a male. He was in the room but he refused to answer the door. They say they are pet friendly but there were no trash cans outside to throw away their waste. Don't stay here!!

No trash can to throw lint/ trash in from the dryer so people throw it on the floor.

The list is long, for everything from the accommodating staff right down to the cleanliness of the room. It is hard to find this, all in one place at that. I couldn’t be more pleased, even in a fancy high dollar motel. Will continue to pick this place when needing a motel in this area.

Location is excellent off of the expressway. Check in was awesome. They were very nice. The beds were great although I think they were only full size but we had got a suite with two beds and the couch. I would definitely stay here again passing through town it was comfortable, clean and safe for an overnight. The breakfast was decent. Something to get you on the road something warm, hot breakfast and cold breakfast. The hotel was very clean

We attended a wedding in the area so we booked a room here so that we didn't have to drive an hour back home. The staff was very friendly and the lobby and room were clean and comfortable. We didn't partake in the breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was huge, but lacked furniture to fill it. It would have been nice to have a small couch or desk to fill the space a bit. And our AC unit was a bit finicky but we dealt with it
