The room had a horrible mildew odor , the carpets were stained and ripped , the blanket had a huge burn hole and when I asked for another one they had none , no amenties in bedroom the air conditioner did not not work and it was Filthy I had to clean it before using and we couldn’t sleep comfortably

Stood at the desk for almost 10 min waiting for the lady to get off the phone. Seems to have been a personal call about a stupid fight on Friday!! The floor was dirty the toilet wouldn’t flush right. I was here before and it was nice but now not so much I will find another place to stay next time my dog walked in the floor and when he jumped on the bed his prints were there smh. I cleaned up where I spilled water and that’s how dirty the floor was just in front of the sink. Pics attached

It's definitely one of those places where you get what you pay for. The hotel itself is not nice, but the rooms were definitely clean and comfortable. The area it's in is a little rough- a lot of people hang out outside of the building smoking, etc., so something to be mindful of if you're a female on your own. They were nice enough to let me check in earlier because I had a wedding to prepare for, but did charge $40USD (which was worth it overall). Lots of gas stations and places to eat nearby. Right off the highway as well which was nice. I do recommend overall, but don't expect luxury.

Avoid this Red Roof at all costs! Luckily I made it out of the parking lot without being jacked. It's an absolute ghetto dump. Beware of their deposit penalty. Drove to Independence, OH and stayed at a different chain.

First it took forever get a room, then they gave us more expensive room because it was first floor. I ask for the back they gave us the front. I booked it on line so it would be cheaper we was charged regular price. I was not given senior discount every time we stayed. Given 2 towels no was clothes no hand towels no floor towel to stand on after a shower. I had to whip everything down you could feel crap stuck to the surface. Then not but least when I was sitting by the desk a man almost walked in scared the living crap of me I couldn't stop shaking almost collapsed.. He said they gave me this room with same damn card we had. How could this happen?? Let's not forget the bed bug , I should get reimbursed or half my money was not happy at all here. 2/25 2/26, 2025.
