This is a very nice place to stay. This house has been updated. Beds were good to sleep on. Kitchen is all new. Great customer service from the owner. I would recommend this listing.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and an excellent value for the price. We were not on vacation but needed a place to stay while our home was unavailable. The host was extremely responsive and welcomed recommendations that will make this a much better space. Our review is a bit skewed as we are readers not tv watchers. There are tvs in every room (we did not use so I cannot speak to that) Not sufficient lighting for reading- so for us that was problematic. I got a great mini reading light from Target. The electrical system does not have enough three prong plugs so bring an extension for your computers if you are looking for a space for working. In the kitchen everything we needed was there - basic inexpensive dishes & cooking tools including a blender. The time of year was also a factor as they had not had time to power wash the patio or the garage and it was the first week of lawn care starting in Cleveland so, again my review might be skewed. Beds were very comfortable- always an essential in a BNB. Towels were adequate. As I reviewed it is a very good value for the price. Not a luxury stay, but imminently better than a hotel! After five days, it began to feel more comfortable as we figured out how to adapt.

Overall our stay was a good. After several days of searching for a place to stay, as my family prepared to visit Cleveland for the first time, we came across this place. Of course like many, we turned to the reviews. There were some issues early on, but Dedra responded immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Her communication and effort to quickly resolve issues, was comforting.The house itself felt safe and comfortable for my family. The neighborhood as well as neighbors were nice. The house was spacious. Everything was in close proximity of our destinations. Dedra was thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.Because of the initial challenges, I can’t give a full 5 stars, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — or at any property owned by Dedra. She truly cares about her guests and it showed. If you are looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend this place. I've never had a home owner communicate and be as helpful as Dedra.

This was a perfect accommodation for our family of 6 while visiting Cleveland! Everything was beautiful! It was nice to have 3 tvs to choose from, a kitchen to cook in, enough seats at the table for all 6 of us, and even little things like games, extra toiletries, trash bags, etc. We would highly recommend for others! Owner was so helpful and quick (even late at night when we checked in) with all communication!

Best Cleveland VRBO

Convenient location for those traveling from out of state and within Ohio. Very convenient to grocery shopping, retail, gas stations, parks & playgrounds. Home is extremely clean and well maintained. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Large yard. Home provides a nice grill, patio set & picnic table. Well equipped kitchen with healthy snacks provided - bonus ! Host responds very promptly to questions. Second time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to again !

The house was nice and clean. The host, communicated through text, and she was very helpful. She even told us about some good spots to hangout and good restaurants to eat. The house was a 15 minute drive to the stadium. Would definitely stay again.

An OK stay

I recently stayed at this VRBO and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. First off, the place was pretty dirty. The bathroom, in particular, had a lot of hair everywhere. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom—no towel rack, shower caddy, or spot for toiletries. Plus, only one bedroom had a place to hang clothes. And the beds were all made incorrectly with the sheets on the wrong way. The house also had very few outlets, and most of them didn’t even have proper grounding so I could use the extension cord I always bring. To top it off, the smoke detector in the kitchen was missing its battery. And there were no dish rags or towels, so we had to make do without them. The house bordered on a bad neighborhood; we even got to see a guy peeing on the street! There are no directions for using anything, such as TV and security system. There were no tissues available, and the house felt like it was still under construction—with a hole in the bathroom wall and various unfinished spots throughout. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, however the location was geographically good; it wasn’t a long drive to get into town or elsewhere.

The owner was wonderful however the person that cleans did a terrible job! 2 of the three rooms didn’t have blankets on the beds. We had to rewash some of the towels. Found the rest of the bedding in the dryer and damp. Took them out to rewash them since they smelled terrible. The fridge was dirty. The tub was gross. Don’t use the jets! It spit black stuff out. The host is very nice but the cleaning people do a terrible job!

Great stay for the value

We had a great time at this house. The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with! The neighborhood is nice but if you drive a few blocks away it gets kind of dicey, gowever we always felt safe. A few minutes in the other direction and the neighborhood gets really nice. A beauty park isn't far away and its an easy drive into Cleveland. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were still a few areas where they were doing small renovation projects but nothing that detracted from the house or our stay. We didn't spend much time in the house but it was very comfortable. The central air was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

A few improvements needed

Property was easy to find and access. Plenty of space for the four of us. Amenities need to be improved. For example, not enough towels and wash cloths for the 4 of us, no toaster could be found, tv was difficult to connect to wifi we were only able to access Google TV during our stay, ac waa great downstairs but had to turn the thermostat to 60 to cool off the upstairs, glad each room had a ceiling fan(it was 90 degrees), no hand towels in downstairs bathroom or dish towels for the kitchen., advertising stated use of garage but was not able to put the car in it due to it filled with boxes, the beds were very uncomfortable. The houae seems to be having some repairs done to it, there was puty tubes laying on the kitchen counter and foot prints the floor from something. There were no check out directions provided to let know what was to be done with garbage, dirty towels, or bedding. Overall, the stay fit our basic needs but lacks the fine details needed to make it a more enjoyable experience.
