Friendly, very helpful staff. Fantastic free breakfast, and the free evening snacks turned out to be a full dinner, which was a great surprise. The only downsides were no complimentary water for the in-room coffee, although you could use their water fountain. No safe in the room. Shower was slippery.

Staff was courteous,Valet parking seamless, spacious room in an old world style hotel, high ceilings, great location, no need to move your car once parked. Excellent free breakfast and dinner "snacks"-which were more than enough for an actual dinner. The dinner-snack was a surprise, but it made the stay a great value.

The included breakfast was very good, with many options. And the 5:30 to 7:00 free dinner and drinks was very nice as well. And the staff was extremely courteous and made our stay vary comfortable.

The breakfast was being made fresh and replenished before anything was empty. The gravy for biscuits and gravy should have been thickened. There was plenty of help circulating thoughout the dining area and were all very friendly. The manager and came over during Saturday night during their complementary happy hour to introduce himself and let us know that he'd be there all evening should we need anything. Beverage servings were small and not that wide of a selection, but again it was complimentary. Overall a positive experience!

Parking was expensive, but my fault for choosing a downtown hotel. Amenities in the room were not super (no hand lotion or bottled water), but the room was super quiet and the bed was comfortable. Offering happy hour every evening was a great feature. Breakfast was very nice and except for the snotty male clerk who "greeted" me, everyone else was friendly and professional.

Everyone very nice and helpful The hotel was very clean and an easy walk to Rocket Arena. It was great to have a bite to eat before the show and a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Both included in with your room. I would definitely stay there again.
