Love the old building and all amenities employees were all really wonderful. Note to those in high positions I. e. Owner/CEO etc: Parking should be either FREE or at least considerably more affordable- also need more valets and valet service was confused & very slow. But valets were very pleasant- just need more on duty. I would definitely stay here again if parking fee was amended.

I stayed at this hotel because it was very close to the convention center. Both front desk clerks were very nice and hospitable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Short walk to the House of Blues in a very safe and quiet part of the city. The hotel was beautiful and clean. And who wouldn't like breakfast and dinner with drinks included with the room stay? Food was exceptional. I will stay here any time i go to Cleveland!

My stay

The hotel was lovely. I enjoyed the functions of the mey cards working throughout the hotel, it added an extra layer of safety during my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary foods. The room was clean. The hotel was accomdating when I had to shorten my stay. My only negative was valet service on weekends. I didnt enjoy having to guess when my vehicle was ready because they didnt update the app. Every interaction with these the valets on the weekend was unpleasant since it felt like a bother and instead of them coming out, I had to go inside to hand them the key. One valet threw my keys down for someone else to grab. I barely wanted to deal with them. Benefit though the valets on the weekdays were pleasant and one of my best experiences.

The property was walkable within the convention center and more. The staff was awesome, including the valet group. The breakfast and evening food offerings were delicious, fresh and hot. The acommodations were very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at Drury properties in the future. Thank you !

Historic classic architecture meets modern needs!

Fantastic property! 1930 classic Cleveland. Building in downtown near the lakefront. Excellent accommodations; huge rooms, gorgeous architecture, food inclusion in room rate makes this choice an excellent option for any Cleveland event.

The hotel is great! Clean good rooms. Locations is good and close to most things …. I wouldn’t say it is fully walkable distance but it is convenient.

Friendly staff, cool hotel, very loud.

Love Drury’s in general. Can’t beat free meals especially when traveling with kids. This particular Drury was very unique, marble floors, high ceilings, huge windows…downside, it was so loud! We were on the second floor which was open to the lobby. We heard everything word coming from the lobby and you can hear everyone that passes your room. We got little to no sleep as noice in the lobby went on all night. I would assume it has to be quieter on the third floor and higher, so I would recommend requesting that. Rooms need fans/better sound machines and or something to buffer the sounds from the halls/lobby. Staff was great though. I didn’t mention to the staff as we were only there for one night and didn’t realize it was an issue until we were all unpacked.
