We got a city view king bedroom. Very clean and cozy hotel. Location is ideal with only a short walking distance from the downtown square. Be prepared to pay steep prices if you want to park in the parking building tho! Courteous and friendly front desk staff. Definitely worth the price I paid (minus the parking)

Was disappointed when I booked my reservation it said I would have access to the continental breakfast but when I tried it was an additional list I had to be on, so I felt that was a bit misleading.

The room was not serviced. No one came to check amenities which we found unacceptable. We were lacking coffee, water and toiletries as we were staying multiple nights. Our server in the restaurant in the lobby was abrupt and rude, telling us we had a time limit as “her kitchen” would be closing in 10 minutes. The market in the lobby was not accommodating in regards to hours. Not open at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning we found strange. Lastly, the adjoining room beside us was very disruptive and caused us to place a noise complaint at 3 am.
