Filthy and Unsafe

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions my team experienced during our attempted stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, we found our rooms to be filthy, with visible dirt and unclean surfaces (see attached photos for evidence). Additionally, there was blatant drug activity occurring right outside our rooms, creating an unsafe environment.We immediately notified the front desk about these issues, but the situation was intolerable. For the safety and well-being of my team, we had no choice but to cancel our stay. I have already requested a full refund for this unacceptable experience and expect prompt processing given the severity of the issues encountered.Please address this matter urgently and confirm the status of my refund request. I await your response.

I asked on arrival I would like daily maid service. We booked for 3 nights. No one cleaned our room or changed any towels for 3 nights. We kept telling them everyday and still nothing. We had to go get towels every night at 11pm and pack the garbage up.

The room smelled terrible; the Wi-Fi was unusable; the TV didn’t work; I was told that a maintenance worker would come by to fix the TV but another hotel employee that the maintenance guy was off that day. Needless to say no one showed up. I will never, ever stay at a “Quality” Inn again.

Who was using my room?

This was just weird. When I checked in at 11:30 pm, I was given a key to my room. When I got to the room, I realized someone was already using it. The bed was unmade and clothes were scattered all over the floor and furniture. Fortunately, no one was actually there -- I assume. I was given another room, after the manager checked it out first, but that was not what I needed to be dealing with after almost 24 hours of travel. The other room was okay -- dated, but okay.

The reviews that claim this is wonderful need to be verified. I have stayed in 7 different hotels that last few weeks and all except this one I rated excellent. The room was run down, smelly and dirty. I made a mistake of booking for 2 nights. We checked out after one night and because of strict cancellation policy I was unable to be refunded for one night
