Property is under major renovations. Only one elevator was working, and there are construction materials everywhere. Consider renovating one floor/area at a time so that the entire hotel isn't a mess. Only one staff member checking in, with a long line. Waited 30 minutes to get a hotel key (already checked in online).

Accessibility. Asked for a walk-in shower. Got tub and shower. My husband cannot climb into the tub. Nor was the toilet proper height for a disabled person. Much too low. Property being remodeled after being newly purchased. Perhaps these issues will be addressed, but we will not be staying here again.

My stay was about a week, I was having some home renovations done. I had some reservations about the door locks, One outside door did not lock. and the some of the room door locks were broken. The Staff was great, but the hotel needs some work.

Room wasn’t ready then my credit card was charged 3 times for the room other mysteries charges room was supposed to be pool view instead floor which was being remodeled smelled like carpet glue hotel staff not helpful at all don’t stay here !!!!!

The toilets are too low. The phones in my room and my daughters room did not work. She had no dial tone (Room 334) and could make no calls. In 333, We could hear the person on the line, but they could not hear us and just kept hanging up. We were in a room on the 5th floor a few days ago and we could not get the phone to stop flashing all night.

Our room was dirty. Had garbage in the ice bucket and moldy food in the fridge. There were major stains on the bed frame that weren't even attempted to be wiped down. No towels available.

Use to be a Double Tree, but they are putting in new carpet and stuff. It was a very nice room, and the bed was sooooo comfortable!!! Only complaint of the room was that the water backs up in the tub while taking a shower. The staff Miss Lysa and housekeeping was super friendly!!

Don't Bother Staying Here

Worst free breakfast since Covid; would not have stayed here had I known. Place is run down, carpets worn out. Elevator doesn't show the floor number and it's floor flexes as you go up or down. Door keys did not work and had to be redone.

Loud and a lil scary

We were traveling and decided to split our trip and stay overnight near Cleveland. We just wanted a quiet nice place to sleep. Well that didn’t happen. There were children running and screaming up and down the hall till 10:00. There were very loud voices threatening to shoot each other outside our door. Someone called the police. Not very relaxing night.
