Hotel was nice. Needs updating but looked like its being done in certain areas. We stayed a total of 3 nights but no maid service at all. No clean towels or removed used towels & never emptied our trash. I bought trash bads & emptied it myself. Mel at front desk was bright spot in stay. Very professional & kind. They just need mre staff & maybe less focus on timeshare

The staff was rude except for the young gentleman that was at front desk at 4pm on 9/20/2025. The female prior was on her phone that it was a bother we even were there. Wouldn’t check us in until 4 but our reservation said 3. Pool closed and nasty didn’t look like it was ever open. A wine glass sat on a table in the hall way dirty the whole time. Indoor pool dirty. Chairs and cigarettes everywhere at exit door 4 worse hotel ever and I want my money back or a credit. Never again. Staff need training building needs help elevator are hanging in last cable. Disgusting.

The hotel room was ok but the hotel is very worn out and there is trash in the parking lots and public areas. Hotel management was not responsive after repeated calls and messages and Wyndham customer service was terrible

I was locked out of my room because the battery for my door died on my second night. I stay there between shifts, so after a 12 hour shift I had to wait nearly an hour for them to fix it. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I wasn't here for work. These things happen, that's fine, but you'd think they would at least acknowledge this. Staff was very professional though.

Great location! Up on a hill so it has a pretty view! It’s also right off the freeway so it’s easy to go where you need to be. About 15 minutes from downtown. It’s a lot bigger than I expected and super clean!
