Very clean hotel

Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program. My daughter loved that, room was very clean and inviting. The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pool was nice kinda cold my daughter said, but hot tub very nice and warm! We would’ve enjoyed our stay more if the other guests were more friendly and considerate. They had a lot of children that yelled the entire time and splashed in pool. Very inconsiderate. Also they just seemed very hostile, it was uncomfortable. The only other negative was the shower pressure was very low and took forever to wash my daughter’s hair. And the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But overall it was a good time.

Nice, but a little stuffy

The accommodations were really nice. We were greeted with a smile and two bottles of water and a fresh baked cookie. The only down side was the room was a little warmer than we would have liked, like they had a temperature control and it wouldn’t get below 70

There was an group that was staying and they were loud kids were wild and it was a bad experience we wanted to go to the pool and each time we tried it was this same group of people so we never got a chance to even go in

The staff was very nice. The hotel looked nice aside from so trash left around from what seemed like quite a few parties happening. Nothing overwhelming, just candy wrappers and noise makers. The room was very cool! The space, setup and storage availability was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! I don’t usually like veggies in my eggs, but really liked them! My husband actually said they were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had, and we travel several times a year. The noon checkout time was much appreciated, especially with the start of daylight savings.

Great overall stay will stay again!!

Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was amazing. Had an issue with our tv stopped working. They couldn't get it to work so they upgraded us to a suite. The second shift desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
