The room was dirty. The coffee pot had mold in it and the walls were also dirty.

Carpet in room had a big hole. Breakfast was Only coffee, and few croissant

Very friendly front desk clerk. Very clean room and simple spacious layout. An older suite. Granola bars and coffee at breakfast time. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it. While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper.
