Room clean bed too hard no fluff in pillows had to use 3. No coffee maker in room no hair dryer in room. Pretty sure when booked both listed in amenities. Felt like i was falling when using toilet its child size. Towels and wash clothes way too old n used. Train runs all night every hour so no sleep, dog went crazy every time train passed, not just noisy you could feel it. Staff was very kind at check in but when got coffee and asked for hair dryer in the morning she tited n grumpy. Because of train we will not visit again.

The sheets were definitely not washed before we arrived, the shower doesn’t get even kinda hot, and the advertised breakfast was toast and apples. The ground probably has never been mopped because we spilled a little water and when we wiped it up with a towel, the towel turned black with how dirty the floor was.

The pet friendly room was horrible. The disinfectant smell was so strong it burned my nostrils. The bed was hard and made rattling sounds every time I moved. There wasn’t a glass to get a drink of water. I checked out the next morning and found another hotel.

No cups in room, dirty ice bucket, no hair dryer or coffee maker. Breakfast was only white toast and oatmeal but there wasn’t any hot water. Coffee at breakfast was a tiny little Keurig that was extremely slow. Also no fruit at breakfast. Literally only white toast and oatmeal.

Breakfast was oatmeal or toast. The room was basically clean if you didn’t look too close. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, needed two remotes for the TV, slider had a stick in the track for security, the screen door was hanging off the slider, the bed was a brick, the toilet and counter were super short and I’m only 5’4. Dog poop wasn’t picked up, just watering the grass over it. We asked for extra towels and were given ripped up towels. The lighting was horrible, could hardly see yourself in the mirror. There was a deadbolt and chain on our room door, what kind of things happen there?

The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy and I had a little patio outside of my ground level room facing the back. I will definitely stay here again. Coffee is near the front desk and breakfast is oatmeal and toast, but that absolutely didn't matter to me.

It was clean...from there it is downhill rapidly!!!! No front desk person from 11:00 to 3:30...so inconvenient!!!!!! Lady at front desk was short, grumpy and disrespectful!!! There is NO...I REPEAT!! NO house cleaning...no ice machine...no elevator...keys don't work...walls are paper thin...shower is a trickle...carpet dirty...bed was hard as a rock, pillows so thin and scummy!!! Im sure i have missed someone!!! Stay from HELL
