City Center Medford accommodation with pool

Clean room, nice staff, and very quiet!

Easy to check in, quiet, and staff was helpful

Very nice staff both night time who agreed to put my ice packs into the restaurant freezer (none in room) and daytime (River and the van driver did have to hunt around and contact nightshift staff to find/retrieve, but were persistent and kind!). My family enjoyed the hot breakfast, I just wanted a banana or something but the kitchen staff also lamented being able to get in fresh fruit so this may have been temporary. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed was nice with great pillows thanks

Excellent view.

For the cost I thought it was a very good value. They could improve the breakfast however I could see how it would be unrealistic to make eggs and sausages every morning if they don't have enough guests. Everything had either dairy or gluten in it unfortunately other than the apples and bananas. I would love to see them add a streaming service to the TV instead of just cable. Staff was very nice. I would definitely book again for the price.

Since it was winter, I didn't use the A/C, but the heater worked great. The room was clean and the staff was excellent, couldn't ask for better. My only suggestion it perhaps you could put tissues in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
