The rooms were never an issue. They were clean, rooms have a safe, ironing board, iron, hair dryers, soap, etc. The food was just OK. The eggs were usually cold, the sausage was usually over done. However, there is a good variety of juices, sides, fresh fruit, yogurt, teas, coffee, etc. And the food is free so that's always good. You can also make a PBJ for lunch. The issue? PARKING!! AND NO ACCESS TO THE CONVENTION CENTER. If there's any event going on at the convention center you will not have a place to park if you're staying at this hotel. Also, they keep the door locked to the convention center so you have to walk outside and all the way around. There are parking spaces marked HYATT only but nobody enforces it. So nobody adheres to it. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay.

The room was not ready for 3 hours past the time it was supposed to be. The staff didn’t seem bothered that it wasn’t ready. Just that I will get an email when it’s ready. Very rude! We finally got to the room. It wasn’t what I had booked. It was 2 queen not a king. The iron didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain. The phone did not work either. The only thing I can say good is it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was awful. And when I told the guy over the phone that we could not check in before our event which was a hassle for us. He said ok cool! We will never stay here ever again. Disappointed is an understatement!

The food was subpar for this level of hotel. The eggs were almost inedible and the frozen waffles are like rubber. The room was another story. It was an ADA room, which is fine. However, there was no trash can in the room other than a very small one in the bathroom. The glass slider from the bedroom to the bathroom was nearly impossible to move, there is zero chance anyone in a wheelchair could move it. Living room TV did not work. I put in a work request on Saturday morning, which they promptly ignored. I got this room for the Cincy Comicon, which I will not do again, what a waste of money.

Check in was a nightmare, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia had not confirmed my room. Even though it was paid for and I had a confirmation so I sat in the lobby on the phone between Expedia and Hyatt for about an hour. I then come down for dinner once I had checked in and I ordered a burger and fries, the burger was not edible. It’s almost like it was in a package and microwaved too long so you couldn’t chew the meat or the bun. I had to throw it away. Then breakfast came and the only good thing was the yogurt, looks like they use frozen berries because it was a sloshy mess, the eggs made me sick. I’m not sure if it was the type of eggs that were served but I flew home today and haven’t felt well since. I normally do not complain but I cannot say that I will stay here again nor can I recommend anyone else to stay
