Loud refrigerator and lopsided bed made this one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Pics on website don’t really show how small the rooms actually are. Just enough room to walk around bed and then a small bathroom area. Was sent a bill for an additional $80 after website said I had paid in full and then charged $100 instead for a room hold. Minimally responsive staff.

The cabin #30 was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, however the weather was warm and there was no air conditioner in cabin. When my other half called and asked about it she argued with him that there was one and said she would be right over only to see that there was not. She then brought us a fan. Needless to say our weekend was pretty warm in the cabin. The shower did not drain either we were standing in a pool of water by the time our shower ended other than that cute little cabin and property was clean.

House was perfect for our group. Price was incredibly fair. Owner was responsive. Location is amazing. About a 30-minute drive from Wolf Creek ski area while also walking distance to Pagosa Springs. The skiers and non-skiers in our group all enjoyed our trip.
