Our 1 bedroom apartment is fully self contained and offers a contemporary living space. The kitchen is fully equipped so you are able to prepare an evening meal if you decide to stay indoors for the night.

Secure parking within 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

Our apartment is fully equipped with modern furniture. A good size dining table is ideal for business guests needing to do paper work.
Our comfy couch is ideal to relax and enjoy a spot of TV.
A good size Queen bed with luxury standard linen will allow you to have a comfy nights sleep.
High pressure shower for you to revive the weary bones after a busy day shopping or enjoying the tourist attractions our city has to offer.
Fully equipped kitchen for a evening meal or light snack.

This is a self check-in apartment allowing you to come and go as it suits you .We have set things up to be as easy as possible,with everything you need for a comfortable stay.However should there be a problem or you need advise I am available between 8am and 6 pm.I am just a message or a phone call away.

Our apartment is just 3 mins walk to the CBD ,bus exchange .
We are 10 mins walk to the new TePapa conference centre.Riverside market .
The ever popular Ballantyne’s department store and The Crossing boutique shopping a draw card to visitors to the city are less than than 5 mins walk.

My suggestion leave the car and stroll around the inner city.If you are wanting to go further Uber or a taxi are available

Please note secure parking is a 3 minute walk from apartment.We suggest you unload your car first get the instructions for parking which are located in the unit.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
