Decent hotel across from the Christchurch Cathedral (still under construction). Had Noisy room where could hear traffic and when asked about quieter room the attendant said there’s only one and it had no windows. In end sleep was OK.

The property was nice and very close to restaurants and other shops. They have underground parking and the room was nice. It is very loud in weekends due to the pubs right across the street. There were tons of people yelling all night long and the trams are loud when coming through. Otherwise it was very nice

Nice room very spacious. Bed was very firm. Normal spring mattress not a memory foam as advertised which was very disappointing as we chose the premium deluxe room for its better features. Room was very noisy from outside noise. Tram and cars are very loud at all hours.

We were very happy with our stay at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we loved the small patio with chairs and table! The location was perfect, as you could walk to restaurants, shops, museums etc. The hop on / hop off bus begins right outside the hotel front door! We would definitely stay here in the future.
