The room was clean, bed comfortable, amenities nice, lovely atrium, and friendly service. Staff was professional and very helpful. We shopped locally and was able to get what we needed. Thank you. I would stay there again.

The hotel markets itself as 5 star. This is not so.
Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. Not right in the centre of town, but a quick walk (less than 10 min) to all the main sights. Lovely courtyard in the centre.
The room was very clean, newly decorated with comfy bed and large bathroom. Inclusion of a heat pump was great. Double glazing meant the room was very quiet. Kitchenette had everything you needed. Fridge wasn't very cold and there was no way to adjust but it was adequate unless you want really cold beer/wine.
Now the bad. Didn't like the fact that we paid through Expedia with a credit card but when we got to reception they said the card had declined (it hadn't - we used the same card at reception) They then tried to add a credit card usage surcharge of nearly $15 (that's two beers). This is a very dodgy practice. If they try it on you - refuse to pay the surcharge!! You paid through Expedia that should be an end to it.
