The location is perfect to walk to the city center. Latimer square is in front of the hotel so you can do excercises like jogging and walking.

A great location an easy walk to the shopping centre and a fabulous range of cafes and restaurants. Had a very good restaurant and bar attached. Right next to the new stadium being built. Would recommend

This property is excellent, friendly staff and easy walking distance to the CBD. The dinner options are excellent, we had an extremely good meal. We would recommend staying here any time and have stayed more than once ourselves.

They do NOT have a gym! You have to walk 5 minutes to a nearby business and pay $10 to go to “their gym” for the day. I feel like that is false advertising. The air conditioning makes random grinding noises all night. There is no lift (elevator) to the second floor. The parking is a nightmare and very limited. It also requires pre-booking. They should have a temporary parking spot for check in. Signage is scarce to find the rooms. The rooms are very clean and modern looking, so that was nice.

Amazing! Allowed hour extra time for checkout, outstandibg customer service at front desk. Jun at the front desk even remembered me on my second stay! Great breakfast with honey that comes from hives on the top of the roof, great selection of New Zealand jams and freshky made pastries. Also have a hot breakfast buffet.

Jun working at front desk helped with outstanding recomendations, the market, take city bus 8 to gondola, and he looked up bus times and showed us where to go on the map fir bus ($4 nz dollars round trip), alsi recommendations for botanical gardens
