Chimney Rock Hotels with Parking

Property and room was disgusting. Mood in tub and ceiling falling down in room. The desk clerk was just sitting in front area talking to a friend. When complained about room he was not apologetic and did not care when we tried to show him pictures. We did ask for refund and refused to stay. He did grant refund.

From start to finish, this stay was everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back.

It’s a good location for downtown, and most of the staff seemed nice. We called one morning asking for help with the WiFi without creating a Marriott account, and they told us to use the guest WiFi and finished with “I don’t know what to tell you”. I also didn’t realize it would be the barn style doors for the bathroom. That’s actually something I hate, so if you’re going with others and don’t plan on using the room alone, maybe take that into consideration. I’m also going to gripe about having to pay $25/night for parking, but that’s just because I think all costs associated with staying at a hotel should be included within the nightly cost. Other than that, great location, it seemed clean, and the lobby was nice.

Location, location, location! A wonderful hotel near all the action. Well kept and a good vibe, as well as quiet at night.

Was kind of loud at night. Otherwise was a great place.
