Fair prices

They have a 5 star shuttle, very reliable and frequent and comfortable. Breakfast for me was a waffle and coffee so no complaints on my end. Rooms were in fair condition, microwave and mini fridge in the room, cold AC.

Terrible is the nicest word to describe this hotel. The bed was ok and clean. Nothing in room worked. Tv, microwave, outlets. Front desk didn’t seem like that was anything new and blew us off.

Fine for an overnight between flights, although the breakfast was really terrible and I had to buy an expensive meal at O'Hare instead. The gym was too dirty to use although my room was clean enough. I was a bit worried because I could hear everything from the hallway, but people quieted down by 9ish. I selected this hotel because I had an early morning flight. This hotel is near the airport and has an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The front desk staff person was pleasant and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a hot shower. This hotel stay includes breakfast but I needed to leave before 6:00 am when the dining room opened. Coffee and hot water for tea were available in the lobby. My stay was short, but pleasant.
