Beautiful design. Parking/valet is very difficult and stressful. Communal spaces were overly crowded without places to relax, restaurants were rarely open, room wasn’t ready at check-in time, long lines for elevators, room was tiny. Not a good value. Great location and cool design features but I would not return.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The building was right in the center of everything. It was maintained well. The standout to me though was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and helpful! Had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return if ever in Chicago again.

Room service food was subpar for the money that was spent on it. And the bed was hard, didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. I had high hopes for the curio collection as I had stayed at ones before. This one just didn’t really hold the same comfort as the other ones. Our room was literally right next to the elevator, so we heard people getting on and off through out the night.
