Can't beat the ambiance!

We stayed here a few years ago and fell in love with the rooftop restaurant. We decided to stay again based on that experience. It did not disappoint! Great staff, great service, and wonderful food!

Absolutely delightful stay at London House Chicago! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the Chicago River and skyline, making it a perfect backdrop for our getaway. The hotel’s modern amenities and stylish decor added to the overall experience, while the rooftop bar offered an unforgettable ambiance for evening drinks. Our dining experience at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. We would have preferred a little more space in the room and closet. I can't recommend London House Chicago enough for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

I have stayed in many Chicago hotels. This hotel is in the city center and walkable to everything you want to see. It is modern and clean. The rooftop bar is very popular. So popular we couldn't get a seat. The restaurant below the rooftop is less busy. The food is very good. Our room was modern and clean and tiny. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern with nice products. My lower star ranking is that for the price tag I prefer the Thompson or Four Seasons or JW Marriott or the Langham. This hotel might appeal more to a younger crowd. I wouldn't stay here again with so many very nice hotels nearby.

Bellhops were extremely professional, helpful, fun and courteous. The Rooftop & main bar (female) bartenders were tireless, friendly, outgoing, and on top of their profession! Check-in went fairly smooth: we arrived early & as expected, our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a better room with immediate occupancy for $100 more a night. We declined. Friends that had also booked at the time we did, accepted an “upgrade” at a $75 more a night offer. Their room was no different from ours, yet they paid a great deal more to have immediate occupancy. So, perhaps, “buyer beware?” During our 6 day stay, I heard the same “upgrade” offer (made repeatedly to several guests). Maybe the upgrades were truly upgrades, but not so with our friends. The “push” Made me question Hilton’s professionalism.

I flew in for a quick weekend getaway and absolutely loved the views from my room! The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown Chicago and close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again. I also really enjoyed breakfast at Land & Lake and had an amazing date night at Ocean Prime.

Este hotel está en excelente ubicación, cerca de los lugares turísticos más conocidos. Se puede caminar a todos lados. El personal del hotel fue muy amable and servicial. El restaurante del hotel es sencillo pero bueno. El hotel tiene un bar en la terraza con vistas del río. Lo único malo es que el bar es popular con turistas y gente local, si no llegas temprano es difícil encontrar mesa.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago. Walkable to many attractions, including Art Institute, the Bean at Millennium Park. Bus stop for public transportation across the street (to Field, Adler and Shedd Museums). HOHO bus stop across the street. Riverwalk entrance across the street. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff very nice and accommodating. Best rooftop bar for views of the city.

was very disappointed very dirty kinda like fake luxury something about it was just off the room was completely different than in the pictures and was very dirty. Very very dirty carpets had stains in them. Mystery stains literally everywhere. Everywhere mystery stains not one spot didn’t have a mystery stain that was stains on the carpet stains on the shelves stains on the sofas. There’s a lot of broken stuff and what do you mean eight dollars for a water they couldn’t even give us a complementary water. and did I mention stains

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the London house, we got in very late but the check in process was so smooth and easy, I’ve been to a lot of hotels and they don’t come in everyday to change linen etc, our room is as clean from the first day up until we left, there was no noise despite being downtown!! I would highly recommend and our flight was also late but they allowed us to keep our bags while we toured the city.10/10 recommend
