Room was not as advertised. We were "stuck" in a dungeon hallway, below the first floor. The room hadn't been updated in I don't know how long. The bathroom was smaller than a closet and the room had 1 desk chair to sit in, no closet, just a free standing armoire. The room also had a connecting attached, which left the light on all night and with the giant gap around the door, lit up our room like we had our lights on. Definitely not what we expected from a Hyatt Regency.

booked this hotel based on its 8.6/10 rating on Expedia, but my experience was completely different. The room was dirty, it smelled of dampness, the carpet had a bad odor, and the bathroom was also unclean. When I complained, the manager said I would receive a refund, but that never happened. I feel completely disappointed and misled. I do not recommend this hotel.

We reserved a four day stay and the hotel itself and the employees were great! The issue was that the A/c on the 4th floor was horrible! We couldn’t get the temperature to go down past 74 degrees in our room! The outside Temperature was 95 degrees and the humidity was about as bad!! My wife and I finally decided to leave the hotel and went to another one after three nights!
