Holden helped me check in early seemlessy, room was ready and clean with atmospheric Chicago views, location I already knew was perfect, bed was comfy and noise was not an issue. Chrome cast worked easily, WiFi was fast, breakfast at ALK was yummy. Couldn’t ask more from a quick staycation.

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind! Terrell at the front desk was helpful, greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to the Arlo! C from ALK onsite restaurant was friendly, and answered all oir questions about the dinner menu. She found out it was my birthday and even provided me with a complimentary bday dessert! The room was clean and super comfy! We will continue to stay here when in downtown Chicago!

Room was clean, though a bit small. Staff were all great; friendly and welcoming. Restaurant operates on minimal staff. If you’re in a hurry, make sure they know up front. I was a little worried booking this due to other reviews c but we were very happy overall. I’d absolutely book again!
