We actually ended up having a great stay here. Property was awesome, beds were comfortable, rooms very clean. Really liked the extra security and felt safe. The only reason why I gave lesser rating was because of the two staff when we initially checked in. Not exactly sure why, but they were pretty rude when we first checked in. They ended up being better when we saw them the second day

The best!

The hotel location is perfect. In the middle of everything. The front desk is so helpful and also the valet people. The rooms are new, spacious, clean, and quiet. It’s smells so good also!!! I would most definitely stay here again next year!!!

I had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was cozy. The overall vibe of the hotel was charming. My only complaint was the walls were very thin and my neighbors were very loud. Probably not the best choice if you want a quiet escape.

Excellent All-Around

Very nice rooms, great view and excellent location, with superb, friendly staff. The downstairs restaurant was also quite good. Only drawback of the property is a fairly limited lobby- not really much room available to wait for the rest of one's party to arrive.

We’ve stayed in other Arlo properties before and have been very pleased. This one is located on a main street that is very noisy at night. The doors are also very loud so neighbouring rooms can be heard. The staff member who also checked us in, wasn’t the friendliest - asked if I had just made my reservation when I made it months ago and kept saying she “couldn’t find my reservation” - wasn’t the best first impression at all. Meanwhile we can hear the next customer beside us getting a free upgrade. The location is great if you’d like to be near millennium park and don’t mind noise. We proceeded to stay in other hotels outside of the city that had way better customer service then what we experienced, and much more affordable too.
