The desk staff was kind and patient. I had called ahead, due to delayed flight, thus a delayed check-in. They were awesome!

Check in staff was great, and the hotel service was good. The negative part of my experience was from the very noisy guests opposite my room, who kept banging on the doors in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. Staff couldn't help when I complained.

The lobby itself smelled awful, arrived and the front desk was rude commenting on my appearance as if i didn’t book a hotel because i’ve been traveling all day. The gave my room away to someone else and I ended up with a downgraded room, unavailable for refund so had to suffice. Would not recommend this location.

The room was clean, but our key cards kept having to be reprogrammed. The hotel was conveniently located for what we were there for. I was aware the pool was closed for renovations but not the gym or the restaurant until we arrived. The staff were pleasant though.

Overall appearance and cleanliness was good. Carpets looked like they needed to be cleaned and the wood over near the air conditioner was damaged beforehand. Air conditioner had a piece that was sticking out from it.
