I completely enjoyed my experience at this location. Lots of great places to dine around as well and I was really surprised of how clean this location was. Only downside was that I felt like the walls are thin so we were able to hear doors opening and closing along with conversations but overall amazing. I’d definitely come back here

When I checked in (quite late at night) the carbon monoxide alarm was chirping every few minutes in my room. I called the front desk. And the young man came and replaced the detector very quickly. However, the new detector was still in test mode and it also beeped every few minutes. I fooled with the buttons and somehow got it to stop beeping. Now it was even later at night. I noticed that the room was quite cold. After investigating, I found that the heater in my room was letting in outside air (it was in the twenties outside) underneath the unit on the lefthand side. I could feel the outside air rushing in. The temp in the room never reached higher than 55. I was exhausted and managed to sleep through the night. The next morning I told the front desk about the heat and they moved me to a new room. It had not yet been cleaned. I asked the person cleaning rooms to please change the sheets and went downstairs for an hour. She apparently didn't speak English because when I came back the room was not cleaned. I called down again. They moved me to a suite down the hall. But when I tried to use the room card, the door wouldn't open. A man who apparently did operations work at the hotel tried using his master card to swipe the lock open, but it wouldn't open. He said apparently the lock wasn't working. I was moved to another suite down the hall where the heat actually worked and the room had been cleaned and the carbon monoxide alarm wasn't beeping and the door lock worked.

All good but don’t like the fact that I was placed to noisy side(next to expressway even other rooms was available. On second day I asked for room service in the morning. And by the time I get back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned. They explained it that it was new guy in the morning on front dash. I asked to be moved to new room on what they agreed. But I was still required to move my stuff late at night and forgot some items in the fridge due to it. With better frond desk service I would definitely rate this place 5 stars for price and cleanliness

I come to the area once or twice a year, and due to a series of misfortunes at the place in normally stay, I decided to try out Best Western. It was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Staff was friendly, lots to do in the area, and had the amenities I was looking for. I’ll definitely return.
