Great stay….. we arrived super early and the staff were gracious enough to afford us an early check in that we needed due to a long delayed overnight flight. Hotel was very well staffed and a comforting atmosphere in the lounge area- fireplace, bar, pool table. Would definitely recommend- location is fantastic!

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel seems to have many college students that are there as a substitute for dorm rooms. Many late night parties, loud with doors slamming etc. The room was fine but the bathroom faucet had low pressure and tge hot water was acalding.

I felt for the price the room was average I have stayed in better hotels for half the price. I got a city view but it was blocked by a building so I was really staring at one building and I did pay extra for that room to get that experience. When I booked it said I was getting a stand up shower I prefer and I would pay extra for it and got a regular tub. The AC seemed to barely work. Staff were pretty friendly. I did like that it was pretty close to everything I needed within walking distance. It was not a terrible hotel I just don’t think it was worth the price.

Location was amazing , very close to everything. Both mag mile and mich ave were within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and very helpful We were able to leave our bags when we checked out Room was amazing , big tv and very very comfty beds Could not ask for more Bar downstairs , while small had everything you needed. Great vibe

My son's sheets had blood on them. The front desk told me I could change them myself if I wanted, but he'd have to keep the same pillowcases and blanket. I had to put my foot down and they moved us to another room. Ridiculous.
