We really enjoyed our stay at Le Naview! As a family of four adults, we had enough space in the family room (x2 king beds) for us not to be on top of one another. We arrived early for check in, and were very happy that our room was ready and we could rest after our flight. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a strong shower! The aircon was also very strong, and kept us cool throughout our stay and a stable wifi connection. The hotel itself is located conveniently in the Old Town, a few minutes walk from Wat Phra Singh, as well as a number of beautiful temples situated across the Old Town. It was a very convenient spot for catching Grab's with the hotel car park, situated right next to the Sunday Night Market and other markets found along the old town wall. We would definitely recommend staying in Chiang Mai over the weekend so that you can enjoy all the food, farmer and craft markets to the fullest extent!

The hotel staff was friendly, but the rooms were a bit dated. The showers had instant hot electric boilers that were a bit weak and couldn’t supply sufficient flow rate of warm water for a satisfying shower. We booked for 4 adults and 1 child but were only supplied with 4 sets of towels. The location is on a very busy street so noise is also a factor.

Nice stay for a few nights

Le Naview was nicely nestled in the middle of the Old Town and easy to get to from the airport - although a few Grabs often took routes down small alleyways to get to it. We got the family room which had 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds, 1 king, and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The room itself is a little dated, and the bathrooms leave something to be desired (eg, small counter space, tight quarters, shower is not fully enclosed). But the staff are extremely helpful and were nice. And this was a nice stay for our 2 nights in Chiang Mai.

Going the extra mile

From the moment I arrived i received a warm and friendly welcome. I arrived three hours nefore check in but the reception checked me in, stored my bags and i cane back when my room was available. Food and drinks were excellent amd served with a smile.

The property is placed at a very convenient location. Within a walking distances you can find lots of dining options and the major temples. The car parking space was very comfortable a convenient. I would suggest to improve the size of the safe box in the room, and also improving the pool chairs.
