Good rooms and clean. Good breakfast. Decent staff. Areas to hang out when not in room. Close to downtown. Pool was really disgusting which is one of the amenities we got the room for. So many people used it that the hot tub was dark brown from dirt and pool was murky. The rest of the property was great. Didnt like I had to pay for parking and no fan in bathroom.

Find another hotel!

My room had mold in the shower, a dirty and torn shower curtain, and food stained silverware. I showed pictures to the front desk staff and he just acted like it was no big deal. Definitely choose another place to stay!

The rooms had a bad smell in them, the 1st room we had the AC didn't work but they immediately moved us to a different room. The furniture was outdated. The main reason we booked there was because of the indoor pool but it was so cold we couldn't even stand to get in for long, as soon as we felt it we were out. I have stayed at alot if hotels and for the price this one was not worth it.

The hot tub was cold and brown, and once I asked the front desk about it, he said it needed to be drained for maintenance. We had specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub because it was Easter and the kids were excited. There were bandaids and clumps of hair the size of my fist allover the pool deck. My son who is 9 and loves swimming refused to swim because of "germs" - That's a first, ever. It was that gross in there. Our 13 year old couldn't sit and watch tv on the pull out without it starting to close up on her, and the mattress was ripped all down the entire side. It was 3 inches thick with springs and it woke everyone up in the bedroom everytime she moved, all night long. Front desk told me I would be paying a $90 rate because of these issues, and once I got home and checked the charge - they didn't! I emailed them and they haven't replied and it's been a week. Lastly, although other guests activities aren't the hotel's responsibility, the walls were so thin that my kids and I heard people screaming having sex ALL NIGHT, MULTIPLE TIMES and it scared them. So the walls are very thin!

The property was walkable to the free bus. The noise from the street was terrible and especially botherson at night. But we enjoyed the amenities and the room was nice and big and clean. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back to chattanooga

Our experience was pleasant. The room was nice and fully equipped. Comfortable beds Breakfast was good. Nice courtyard and common area. I can only complain about 1 thing and that is the AC unit in our room was extremely loud and sounded like it was vibrating the walls. I would recommend this place. And I would stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from linemen school for two nights. They apparently had planned plumbing maintenance that left us without water for hours. And no one could really answer any questions. It was only a walk across the street to the convention center for graduation but the inconvenience of not being able to shower after a day in the sun was not what I was expecting.

I reserved a room because it was literally across from where we had to go for a tournament. The beds were hard, there were roaches in the room, coffee was never hot, and I literally had to shake my clothes out just to make sure I didn’t bring any food unwanted guests back home with me
