The Clemmons is a nice property. I was there for a week long conference. The area around the hotel is great with boutiques and eating sites that were nice (if a bit expensive). Cheaper eating options were an easy walk and much more in short drive. Our room was very nice and the staff were very responsive. Research the parking options. Staff was not that informed about alternative parking options.

Our stay at Hotel Clemons was absolutely fantastic! We booked a **two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite** and were blown away by how spacious, clean, and beautifully styled everything was. The **modern decor** gave the space a boutique feel, and the layout was perfect for our family. The **full kitchen** was a huge bonus — sleek, fully equipped, and perfect for preparing meals when we wanted a break from eating out. Both bathrooms were spotless and updated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself has a cool historic vibe with modern updates, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Chattanooga. We were within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. This suite would be ideal for families, friend groups, or anyone wanting more space and amenities than a typical hotel room. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Great location for a downtown stay. Walking distance to the Aquarium. Several places to dine from family friendly to upscale also within walking distance. Our unit was a 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and large sitting area for the cost of a traditional cramped 2 bed motel room. There isn't a pool but the lobby has ping pong, billiards, foos ball and air hockey which is great for the teenage guests. I would definitely stay here again!

I always stay here when I am in Chattanooga. I’ve stayed in most of the downtown hotels and this one is the best one hands down! As a road warrior, I love the “not just another hotel room” feel. The Peet’s coffee shop was a nice addition.

We stayed here on the way home from Florida and we wish we’d had stayed there on the way down as well! The rooms were so spacious and beds were very comfortable. Lots of dining options right out the front door. We will definitely return!
