Today's the day you pull the plug on Googling cheap holidays and book that Châtas trip. While there aren't many opportunities to stay downtown, you'll find a fabulous hotel a little further out. Suss out our 2 digs within a 10-kilometre radius of Châtas' centre.

A full-on day of seeing the sights can really drain your energy. Hit the sack at Hôtel Des Roches and ibis Saint Die Des Vosges, a couple of the most central hotels you'll find.

You might also like to try the L'Hotel Chambard or the Touring - Hotel Spa Le Clos des Sources. The L'Hotel Chambard is 30 kilometres away from central Châtas, and the Touring - Hotel Spa Le Clos des Sources is 25 kilometres away. The Spa was amazing and not too many people were there. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was delicious. What I would say is that our Suite only had one small window by entrance and one very small in the room, but other than that we didn't have any good view, for a suite. Maybe it will be something to mention for this specific room.
