Book Premier Inn Charwelton accommodation from AU$112

Our stay overall was excellent, food & service was spot on & my massage in the spa was unreal (& I’ve experienced many). Only negative I have is our room 340, was right next to the fire door to the lifts and stairs which meant it banged every time someone went through. Also we were woken up by the night staff using the bins at 5am (which would have been 4am if not for the clocks going forward) we were therefore too tired to go down for breakfast which was a shame but we were reimbursed for the cost & an apology was made and room number noted for the noise concern. Would recommend this hotel, maybe avoid any room next to the lifts & stairs.

Ok, little bit tired looking some of the rooms, parking was really good.

We have just checked out from our 2 night stay. It has been an amazing experience with our 2 young children. Facilities and room were excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and driving Range. The food was excellent at the restaurant. We had Dinner and BreaKfast for the 2 days and both days was good. However i think front Desk staff need some extra training. At 3 different times with different staff we were given wrong information. They cluless about the facilities and its timings etc. one day we were booked and told to go to Bar for our Dinner even after I mentioned we had dinner at the restaurant behind last night, the lady was so sure and told us to go to bar at the allocated time only to be told to go back to the restaurant by the Bar staff. When asked about children’s swimming times and information no clue when asked about driving range no clue and was told to go to the outer building and ask them. Apart from that i would definitely recommend and would return again.
