charge too much

Let you know that we are not happy with Hotel.com. at First we have booked Hotel.com. it was stated that the price was £138 for 2 night. i have clicked the OneKeyCash of £42.26. We should pay £95. we were so shocked when we saw at the statement saying that you have taken out £145 for 2 nights. we don't understand why Hotel.com charged us £145 instead of £95. we tried to get your call number via Typetalk.

The hotel and facilities were perfect, but I left my van in the car park which someone smashed the back doors of the van and emptied all the tools got away with about £4000 worth of tools if you stay there do not leave your van in the car park

Don’t expect early breakfast at weekends

Hotel itself was ok, room and bed were good and food was pretty good. Downside was breakfast didn’t start until 8 and still hadn’t opened gone 5 last with only one person slowly setting things up. I couldn’t wait any longer given the number of people now waiting but was then refused a refund for the breakfast they hadn’t provided

Village People

A rambling maze of a hotel, the upgraded club rooms are quite a distance away from the hotel lobby and you have to navigate across different levels which confused me a couple of time. My room wasn’t on the top floor, so I heard the heavy footed person in the room above move around. Facilities are excellent otherwise and my evening meal was very nice, Breakfast choice somewhat limited.

Won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it! Rooms are dark and feel dirty! Staff at reception were rude and did not feel welcoming especially when asking questions!

Hotel is tired , my room had marks in walls, scrapes on radiator and lots of hair and debris in the shower. The chairs in the pub had dirty marks on them, limited food choice if you wanted something with vegetables that wasn’t fried. Pool changing area was very clean, pool needs some repairs as jacuzzi was out of use
What a view - rooms were so hot that 2 fans were supplied but didn’t cool enough - windows only opened a tiny amount

Had a great stay at this property, check in was quick, the room was clean and very modern. Great bar restaurant, very lively and entertaining. It was a Friday night, so there was a lot of activity going on. Nice mix of age groups, families, and Singles. A great place to stay.
