We recently stayed at the Dinsmore Inn and had a wonderful experience! The historic charm of the hotel was perfectly balanced with modern amenities, making for a truly unique and comfortable stay. The room, Jefferson 8, was spacious and had plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was a highlight - the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the abundance of towels. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. Jake was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even arranged for a delicious "to-go" breakfast, complete with muffins that were truly to die for! The hotel's location was also perfect, being just a short walk from UVA and several great restaurants. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would highly recommend the Dinsmore Inn to anyone looking for a blend of history, comfort, and excellent service.

We stayed in the Virginia which had very easy accessibility. At times the street noise got a bit loud but the inn was delightful. Breakfast at the restaurant (included) was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend!

The manager was very helpful and accommodating with my request for an early check in due to bad weather. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and the room was beautiful. The king bed was huge and so comfortable. Lots of chairs and desk space in the room. Tv was easy to use and large. Views of the city were great. Shower was gorgeous. Staff and food at Farm Bell Kitchen were top notch!
