The hotel has potential to be a great place. The staff is amazing very polite and friendly. The location is great with multiple shops/dining near by. The major issues were....there was a nasty brown stain of im hoping something drinkable spilled on my box spring at the head of the bed, the hotel has a smell on multi floors 1st smelt like wet dog in the hallway where the 5th was like a moisture. I traveled with a sports team so there was a about 8 rooms spread out on different floors and we all noticed a creepy crawling friend( the one can't get rid of) a few rooms noticed ants. A few of us had to go pick up our own cleaning supplies to clean our rooms before we even unpacked/ showering. The front lobby bathrooms would get locked at times so we couldn't use them. One night was womens the next both do to "maintenance issues " but would magically be fixed by the next shift change. the hotel only had 2 laundry rooms 4 washer (3 workable)and 4 dryers on 2nd and 4th. When issues were brought up to the front desk only $50 was offered back to me and another teams family. I was also offered a room on a different floor( but that floor noticed issues too) I booked 8 days @about 170 a night. We couldn't leave because my child had to stay at the same location with the team. I ended my trip as early as i could. When i got home I had to place items in garage bags in my garage for days and washed anything washable the same day i arrived.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we found stains on the bed and roaches in the room. To make matters worse, the first floor smelled like wet dog, which was immediately off-putting and made the entire place feel unclean. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary, you can easily bring that back home with you. We notified the staff right away and were only offered $50 in compensation, which felt dismissive considering the conditions. Because of this, we canceled our extended stay and booked elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. This experience was nasty, uncomfortable, and completely avoidable if the hotel were properly cleaned and maintained. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues.

The hotel was very dirty. Carpet needs cleaning. Actually y’all need to remove the carpet and replace it with flooring. It’s nasty and outdated. Also, I saw two roaches in my hotel. Disgusting. Won’t be back
