⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Hilton Experience Ever
I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was an absolute nightmare. The AC in my room wasn’t working, so I called the front desk. They sent an engineer who claimed to fix it, but the temperature never changed — the room stayed freezing cold all night.
When I called again, all they could offer was an extra blanket. I couldn’t sleep at all because of how cold the room was. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, Julia, who was completely dismissive and offered me a mere 2,000 Hilton points — which is worth around $10 — even though I would’ve earned most of that automatically just for staying there.
This kind of response is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Hilton. There was no genuine apology, no accountability, and certainly no effort to make things right. It’s clear that customer comfort and satisfaction mean nothing to the management at this property.
I’ve been a loyal Hilton guest for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to stay elsewhere.
