I couod nitpick but its a very nice hotel.

Very nice. A little overpriced. 25/ day to park. 25 dollar breakfast but it was excellent. Rooftop bar needs better hours. Everything else was really great.

Very clean. Front desk very helpful. My only suggestion is to caulk the shower in room 963. Otherwise it was fabulous!

The elevators are so messed up. There was constantly a line of people waiting for elevators because they system is screwed. In attempts to check in and go to floor 12, it took TWENTY MINUTES because the elevator system wont remember your floor and you have to re-tap your hotel card every time the doors open and hurry to put your floor in. In the time you are doing that the elevator re-routes and takes you back down to the ground floor. It was a nightmare. We had to take the stairs multiple times and ALL the guests were complaining about this.
