This is an older property that need some updating. There were stains on the carpet and a nice sized hole in one of the curtains. The biggest issue that my husband did not like was having to pay for parking, which we have done in larger cities or at newer properties. The hotel overall served its purpose by giving us a place to sleep.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle took a while to show up when picking me up from the airport, but was prompt the next morning when dropping me off to the airport. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff nor management took accountability nor reconciliation for double charging me for a three day stay plus deposit! They held $900 of my money for five days Without paying interest nor an apology. Without other funds I would have had a devastating experience. The noise from the club next door must Prove to be a liability. They compensated themselves by holding my funds. REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE I demand a Refund. Watch out for their tricks at the funds!!! I am a 76 year old senior, retired career pharmacist. I am sure that Ms Ruth, looking at my age, decided that she could pull off a scam on me. I told her that I saw that the first charge had gone through. She said no it did not! That she had not added the $50 deposit. She lied! What I failed to do was look at my bank account! I have never been Scammed like this before. So she asked me to try it again. She pulled another fast one !! She charged for for two bottles of designer water that I chose from the cooler. She sat them down on the side of the counter. Then she told me about the free bag with water in it! However, the water in the bag was spring water that I do not drink. I was billed for my choice in water but given “free” water and she took the cold ones for herself. They (ms Ruth and ms kaymesha explained that the manager could not be reached over the weekend but on Monday. He was Not an available during my entire trip. He was in a meeting on Monday. They gave me his card. Phone number was same as desk!!!

I booked my stay because of the advertised shuttle service. However, I waited 30 minutes before being informed that the driver had not come to work. The hotel is not aesthetically pleasing. The TV in the room is tiny! Like 15 inches.... I will not be visiting thia hotel again
