The heat in my room wasn't working. Had to turn my thermostat up to 85 to feel then heat... Then it was exteremely too hot. I just gave up on it. Had a maintenance man come and it didnt help. I should've requested to be compensated for something. Yet, today is my nirthday, and didn't have the energy for confrontation.

Clean room, plenty of breakfast options to choose from. Nice young lady at front desk when checking out. An asset and great representative for this Holiday Inn. Sadly, I can’t remember her name. Location was perfect for our trip to the Ballantyne area. We will definitely be return quests. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

When we booked the room it was for a king size. When were checking in we received 2 doubles. They fix it but put us in a hearing impaired/handicapped room. We didnt like it but delt with it. The staff was nice and houskeeping was so pleasant. Overall it was nice. I just would have liked what we booked or discounted us at least. Loved the location which was close and walking distance to stores. Breakfast was nice too.
