Everything... The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything I planned to do, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. Even though the Church Street Inn is in a bustling location, my room was very quiet.

As a family of four, we loved having extra space and a kitchen with some real dishes. The location was amazing and the king bed was very comfortable. Our room had new windows and we heard zero street noise (it was quiet anyway bc it was off season but was still surprised) There is no daily housekeeping or amenities but the coffee in the lounge every morning was good. There is no parking, you park at a public city garage nearby. There was no valet parking when we were there because of low staff. No one at the hotel mentioned the daily “resort” fee (this is not anywhere close to a resort). We would definitely stay again for the unique two level floor plan and the location.

Pros: location! Location! Location! Close to shops, the Market, restaurants and bars! Cons: property needs updating! Carpet has holes, bathroom needs to be updated. Heat didn’t work ( it was in the 20s and it snowed), bed linens were old and frayed and the bathroom towels were extremely rough!

The room was poor. Not a single chair in the bedroom. Only one lamp in the bedroom, no mat in a very slick bath tub. $25/day to park one block away.You had to have their parking pass to get your car out so when you checked out and got your car, you then had to drive back to the Inn to return their pass.
