Located perfectly next to the 101, 202, and I-10. Staff was friendly and the food options were great.

Would have given them an excellent on all but the windows of the room were so dirty you couldn’t see out the room. Unacceptable!!!

I stayed here before a few years ago and had a different experience this time. Looks nice and kept from the outside and is decently clean. Two out of the six staff we encountered with were kind and helpful. Other staff members, especially those at the front desk, were rude and unfriendly. Giving us attitude for simple things as asking for pool towels (as there were none at the pool), answering questions about the amenities, and getting our room cleaned. Breakfast was not included and was not stated it was not included (until I asked and got told rather rudely that because I booked my stay through Expedia it was not included…) so I got charged for a breakfast item that was not worth what I was charged for. I will say the beds were very comfy! With a bit more attention to cleaning the pool and poolside, cleaning of rooms, the lobby bathrooms, and some friendlier faces to ask questions, I would return. We genuinely asked with kindness and weren’t met with kindness. So sadly, few of the staff members attitudes really made me not want to return here.

Stay was good, rooms were cleaned. Staff was helpful and answered all my questions
