My wife and I always choose this property when visiting our family in Gilbert because of its proximity to the Chandler fashion mall and restaurants. All of these are easily walkable when temperatures outside allow. The hotel itself is always very clean with wonderful staff and a better than average breakfast in this hotel category. We always select the full suite rooms which are compatible priced with standard rooms at other nearby hotels. The suites are large with a separate bedroom with is own door and living room and small kitchen making longer stays very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Element when considering hotels in the Gilbert/Chandler area!

Perfect for a quick trip

Overall this place was really nice. Great location, close to the mall and freeway. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable My only complaint was that the walls were thin so we heard the room next to us but it wasn’t unbearable. Super clean and nice staff

There was a stove shown in the pics of the room I booked as to why I chose this extended stay but no stove was in our room. We did however love the esthetics and the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and quiet. We loved the location

Very loud ac/heating units on top of building cycling ALL NIGHT LONG! Had to move from top floor (4th floor) to 2nd floor at 3:30 am just to sleep. Also did not help to have hotel full of noisy teenage soccer players in for a tournament. Not a great stay.
