Room were clean and was decent. Though jacuzzi and balcony outside needed some cleaning!! Was ok maybe just need a water blast. Room didnt smell moldy but honestly might of been the plug in. Hotels need major upkeep for sure! Though we had fun!

Located in Tamuning, Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Guam is by the sea, a 2-minute drive from Guam Premier Outlets and 5 minutes from T Galleria by DFS.
Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

With a stay at Pacific Islands Club Guam, you'll be centrally located in Tamuning, within a 5-minute drive of Tumon Beach and Tagada Guam Amusement Park.
It was a fine hotel but we had to go through a ton of trouble to get our rooms cleaned and new towels. Like hours and constantly having to call the frontdesk. We finally just started throwing all of our towels in the hallway and they were fine with that, they stayed there for a while.
