I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was clean. The down side would be the bathroom/shower; they leak terribly and there is no way to keep the heat in due to the doors not sliding closed all the way. The rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel does not enforce quiet hours, we chose to stay outside the city so that we would be able to sleep and that was not the case. There was a party on the floor above that lasted until 5 in the morning, the staff was notified on multiple occasions and still nothing was done. The staff also does not respond to any type of messaging not on the website or through email. The hotel is nice and the gym had lots of cool equipment with restrooms. There is also a computer lab with two desktops and two arcade style games which were super cute.

Don’t sleep on the sofa bed!

A great facility but lacked some basics like cutlery and glasses in the communal area and rooms. The ‘queen’ sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Doesn’t lie flat at either end so more like sleeping in a hammock/banana. Awful. Twin beds I believe were comfy.

They cheated us and there is not enough communication with anyone. We booked there and went there to check in it’s was so dirty and smelly room. We asked the receptionist to change the room but he couldn’t speak English or help us to communicate with the hotel management. We booked through Expedia which I tried to contact and explain my situation that I’m standing with my 3 kids and the room is smoke smelly. They said they will help but never turn back to me. I wrote a letter and check out straight away. I hoped Expedia will sort it out for me which they didn’t. So I booked another hotel room and I never get my refund back.

Very nice hotel, nice area, comfortable bed and living area. Only thing I would say is I was on the ground floor and the building appears to have radiant floor heat with no thermostat control in room. My room was very warm, I would guess about 80 deg F and I ended up opening the window and keeping it open all night even though it was about 25 deg F outside.

Good location, friendly staff, but must improve.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years, mainly because of its convenient location and the good parking facilities. The room we are usually allocated is classified “deluxe studio”. It is not possible to see why the word “deluxe” is applied, since there is no element of luxury, or even comfort. For example, the bed is set against the wall on one side, which makes getting in and out of it for the person taking the wall side rather uncomfortable. However, the poorest feature in this hotel is the lack of adequate quantities of breakfast items. On day one, main items such as scrambled eggs and sausages were finished when we arrived 45 minutes before the end of serving and on the second day, already one hour before the end if service.
