From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the property. The well-maintained grounds and stunning architecture create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Nashville. The attention to detail in the room design made it easy to feel at home, equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service I received from the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to ensure I had a wonderful experience. A special shout-out goes to the bartender, who not only mixed up fantastic drinks but also shared great local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable. I also loved that the Sheraton is pet friendly! It’s refreshing to see a hotel that welcomes furry companions, making it a perfect choice for pet owners. My pup felt just as welcome as I did, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport. My event stay

It was anice room however even with rhe heat set to 80 the room was freezing. I know the snow and the big windows probably played a bit part in that. Maybe they need to inspect to see if there are any gaps anywhere allowing the cold air in because that one vent just couldn't keep up with the cold weather. Also asked for a wash cloth on my last night since i was there for 3 nights and they only gave me two. The front desk took my room number and stated theyd have one brought up. I never recoved one. Other than that it was a nice stay. Every staff member i came in contact with was nice and my room was clean. Valet parking was also nice due to the snowy weather.

Stuck out here, nothing really around. Room was nice if you werent checked iut midway by the system and maintence showed up while in your room. Good luck with front desk, one person was working his tail off manager was useless and other front desk lady was rude, ignorant a d lazy. Rude after we had to get the same problem readdressed 3 times The restraunt said they didn't deliver nor was there room service, yet we saw several room service trays and being delivered later. Just frustrating stay. Absolutely would NOT recommend.EVER
