It lies 160 kilometres southwest of the country's capital, Zagreb County.

Sitting 0.8 kilometres to the south, Zrce Beach is a fabulous spot to while away an hour or two picnicking on the shore. Punta Verudela Beach also boasts some gorgeous views. You'll find it 90 kilometres to the south.

The comforting sounds of nature await you at Silba. It's located just 25 kilometres away, so you won't have to be on the road all day. Cikat Forest Park, 35 kilometres away, is one more recommended option.

If you're contemplating expanding your horizons, head 20 kilometres southeast to Pag. It's here you'll discover the Museum of Salt and St. Mary’s Church. We also recommend going to Rab, 30 kilometres to the northwest, for Pudarica Beach and Paradise Beach.

About 35 kilometres to the southeast, Privlaka is a destination chock-full with things to do. Nin Beach, Church of the Holy Cross and Stone Bridge are all quite close. That said, the Lower Gate and Church of St. Nicholas may be more your style.
