Stayed 4 nights on 4th floor elevator was not working- always front desk was giving wrong message to all customers that will be fixed in 1 hour. When asked repeatedly mentioned its power problems. Also had to ask several times for fresh towels and toiletries. Very bad management, employees are simply following instructed by management. It’s convenient in wall city, suggest you look for another hotel.

Good location in old town area - no need for car, plenty of shopping and restaurants and sights within easy walking distance. Attractive inner courtyard visible from all 5 floors, rooftop breakfast/bar/restaurant, with free breakfast every morning. Front desk staff keep things safe despite the "nightlife", and were very helpful in general. Hotel is a good value for the money. Not a spectacular hotel, on the old side, but our family had no complaints and I would stay here again.

Its always a pleasure to stay at this hotel , the unique experience of living in a tropical place in the middle of the city is priceless. If you are used to hard mattress, don pedro will train you well. Other than that breakfast is very authentic and delicious. Will definitely book there again in a near furure.

LOCATION OUTSTANDING! You are in the center and greatest street of Cartagena’s walled city with shops & eateries and great street life. Enjoyable walk through park to Getsemani. Recommend 5th floor Room 507 which has windows. Many rooms are very small, dark and with no privacy. Indoor Pool is poorly located and cold. Front desk staff are kind and helpful.

Buen ambiente dentro del hotel con sus muy amables empleados, y cerca de todo en el area. Era de esperarse que hubiera algo de ruido en la noche debido a las personas en las calles, pero con unos audifonos con musica relajante yo resolvi y dormi sin ningun problema. No es culpa del hotel, sino que asi es el area. Recomiendo y volveria.

Look no further, this is hands down the best hotel in the Walled City for price and location. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I have finally found the best Hotel for all of my needs, and at a price that no other hotel can match!

Solid bang for the buck

Staff was very kind and helpful. Place looks great but has a musty odor. Walls are paper thin, staff was super kind to find me a new room to get me away from a screeching child. Place looks beautiful but could use better sound proofing. Breakfast was nothing special but did the trick. Solid bang for the buck in the middle of everything.

Great place to stay within the walled city (centro historico) in Cartagena. The staff was very nice and accomodatng. The only thing is that it can get loud at night if you are staying in the rooms looking at the street.
