We like the proximity to shops, dining, and the friendliness of staff. Quaint and charming, but modernized. Excellent shower! Clean and nice linens. As a minor detail, bring your own hair conditioner, they only offer a body/hair wash.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bordeaux, all the staff were great, in particular the two barmen we met in the Bar Casa on site. The bar itself had excellent cocktails and a stunning interior. Location wise it’s super close to everything, including the tram stops and main shopping streets.

Amazing central location with very helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t try the breakfast but our few days there were very pleasant. The top floor room was a little ‘tired’ but perfectly serviceable for our needs. Would recommend for a central Bordeaux hotel that doesn’t cost the earth.

Comfortable, Central location, close to everything including Metro from airport. The beds very comfortable, and rooms very quiet for great sleep. Morning breakfast was convenient and opens early. The girls at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the centre closes early, with just local bars & bistros open after 8pm.

Great location to launch from

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the middle of the city so you are very close to anything you need. You have to give your room key to reception every time you leave which we found very strange, and they do not verify you before handing back the key card. You do need to keep the air conditioner on at all times in the summer to keep the room cool. For me, personally, the mattress was far too soft so I did not sleep well any of the nights but that is personal.

The hotel was great, perfect location close to everything, and trams right around the corner. The staff were lovely and superhelpful. The room was great, breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied.there was also a gorgeous bar with the most inventive fresh cocktails from the lovely bartender. So exceeded all expectations

Very centrally located for walking to all sites and plenty of restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. A bit diffficult to find when driving in since near the city center but there's a parking garage nearby. Highly recommended if you want to park and do all your sight seeing on foot.

Very charming hotel with totally under rated bar, perfect for a night cap. There was an amazing rooftop bar 3 or 4 minutes down the street with the best view of Bordeaux. Finally, the staff were absolutely wonderful.

Great location in the center of the city near the cathedral and several restaurants. Friendly staff available 24hrs. Excellent breakfast. Cozy bar on site which is open in the evenings. Rooms could be modernized a bit but mine was spacious, very clean, and comfy. AC is a definite plus!
