no hand towels... not even one to dry hands after using the loo... they only provide bath towels at all
tired room.. stains/ marks on the carpet, marks in the bathroom... room in a poor condition compared to the stylish reception which gives high hopes for the room upon arrival.
limited tea and coffee supplies but more supplied if you ask
only one lift currently working.
although it provides a carpark for £27 for 24hrs the carpark is an absolute nightmare amd extremely tight spaces.
good for events at the arena... but for the condition of the room over priced

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
check shower before accepting room
The shower was not good at all. I could not adjust the temperature. It was too hot. It seems it is not maintained. A fridge in the room would have been nice to keep the drinks cool.
Greated when we walked through, staff friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. Room ok, pretty simple, comfy bed. No warning of step up into batnroom (banged my toe! Small wooden step). I was charged more for a bottle of beer than my partner (didn't realsie until later on), and no plug sockets next to the bed.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Location was great for the St David’s shopping centre but parking in the hotel is awful. It was cramped and lots of concrete posts everywhere which made it difficult to drive round and access some of the spaces. Staff were very helpful but the service of the rooms needs a checklist or something. One of our rooms had no shower gel, we had no idea what the coffee varieties were. Two of the rooms we had looked into the reception, ask not to be put in those if you book a stay. You can’t open the window. The restaurant is closed, looked like it had been for a while but it didn’t say that when we booked otherwise we’d have gone somewhere else.
Nice lounge and reception with friendly staff but it ends there. Only 1 lift was working and it took ages when you called it (not helped by the kids playing with it). The room was so tired and sheets looked dirty (perhaps because they were old). Breakfast was poor; dry sausages, the pastries were cold and dry. Luckily the coffee was great!

Liked: Amenities
Stayed for one night only but facilities and service was good.
This is a very low standard hotel now, caused mainly by Radisson cost cutting rather than individual staff.
Car park is very tight and very expensive, on street parking machines are actually cheaper nearby.
In the room there was a patch of ceiling where the paint was peeling away and the bath near the plughole had damage and was blackened.
Had a shower in the morning after arriving late and the bodywash bottle was empty.
Came back after a day out to discover that they don't do housekeeping unless you request it specifically despite being quite a pricey hotel. They say it is for green reasons but they don't tell you you have to ask and it is clearly a cost cutting measure. So I then had to go downstairs to get a bottle of body wash and change it myself.
Radisson are just trying to take maximum margin and accepting they will not get any repeat trade. The hotel runs on an absolute skeleton staff so you can't find someone to help with things. The breakfast was also poor. Won't make you ill because everything is overcooked to within an inch of its (after)life.
Very well located for shops, transport etc. The staff are lovely and the room was a great size. The bed had a mattress topper which had a seam/join in the middle and sleeping on that was an odd experience. Other than that -great
