Great stay, staff was fantastic and this hotel just screams 5 stars. The restaurant was excellent and much better than the one in the Martinez. The bar was fantastic as well. The only downside was the beach club, its location is really close the the convention centre so the day we went there was construction noise and no music. It is also not on the best part of the beach. If I had to do it again, I would have gone to a more central beach club. Hôtel was still fantastic!

Everything was great. Check in, communication, food, and amenities. However the shower was both cold in the AM and PM. I did mention at check out but no one followed up and instead said they would just pass the world along

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes! From the comfortable bed, view of the sea, and the hotel and restaurant service, our stay could not have been better. The highlight was having a cocktail at the bar, and meeting Mehdhi, our mixologist. He made amazing cocktails, and went above and beyond, showing us the garden used to create the drinks, and the laboratory used to make edible perfume/oil for the cocktails. Truly amazing! Also , Chloe & Hamid, whom took care of us for dinner, at Ciro’s, were great! Chloe helped find my credit card, and both are skilled servers. We will definitely be back! .

I was amazed by the incredible quality and great taste all around the property. Even the gym was quite good for a hotel. Outstanding location as well. The staff was good but a little too snob at times for my taste but overall incredible experience

The best hotel we have ever stayed.All the staff do an excellent job to keep guests happy.We were offered to upgrade our room.Our 6 year old enjoyed her time at the kids club while we could take our time to go shopping and explore the city.The room always was well cleaned.The food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing.

No magic at the Majestic

Considered to be one of the best hotels on the Riviera, I was so looking forward to spending two nights here. In the end it’s not in the same league as the Carlton or the Martinez. Check in was efficient and we get to check in early which we are very grateful for. Room was small but functional and the quality of finish, bedding, towels, robes etc was excellent. All downhill from there. €55 for two nights parking, lunch was not good, a prawn salad had six prawns on top, no wait for it, it’s three prawns cut length ways in half and placed length ways to make it look like there are six. To make things worse the dressing was béarnaise sauce as they had no Máire Rose sauce. Arrived back from dinner at the excellent La Môme restaurant at 11:10pm and the staff was closing up the bar, if we wanted a drink we had to use our mini bar or order room service. You have to go through reception and people dining and having cocktails to get to the swimming pool which we were told was now closed due to the rain. The big problem was getting our room serviced on day two. Went for breakfast, room not serviced, went to town, room not serviced. Rang guest services and we agreed a time of 3pm. Came back at 6 pm to get ready for dinner, room not serviced. We had to go onto the hallway and find towels in a cupboard. Came back that night, room not serviced. Next morning the reason given was the electronic device on our room was not working to indicate the room needed to be serviced. I understand
